What shipping methods are available?
We guarantee that it will arrive within one week from the time of order, so we currently use the best shipping option based on your location and your order size.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We are not currently set up to ship internationally, but hopefully this will be coming soon!
How long will it take to receive my package?
All orders are shipped out from Cleveland, Ohio. Our order processing days vary based on the number of orders that we have, but we always guarantee 10 day delivery no matter where you live.
Payment Information
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit Cards through a payment system called Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments.
Can I purchase from your website?
Yes! No need to call in to order from us. Start by picking a product, then proceed by creating or adding your design to the product. You will then enter the sizes that you need and that will then lead you to the check-out page.
Orders And Returns
How can I track my order?
When the order is shipped, we will send a notification of this along with a tracking number to your email.
How can I change or cancel my order?
The quickest and easiest way to do this is to contact us at Taylor@BespokeThreads.com, or contact us via phone or Facebook Messenger.
What is the ordering process?
Pick a product from the Home Page. You will then be redirected to our customizer. In the customizer, you can upload designs, create designs, or use one of ours and customize it to fit your needs. After finishing that, you will be able to add other product colors, styles, and sizes. The only thing left to do after that is check out!
How can I return a product?
We do not accept returns, however, if the order is damaged we will send out replacement items as quickly as possible. We will then help you to return the damaged goods.
